Physical Activity

The main idea of the article How Much Physical Activity is Needed, is to inform the readers about how much Physical Activity a person should have depending on their age. The author of this article is not trying to persuade you to buy some kind of workout video, but inform the reader about the type of Physical Activity that is right for them.

As I was reading through the article I found that the author's viewpoint is that people should really get involved in more physical activities. The author of the article does a good job telling the readers some of the best ways to stay active. People who are between the ages of 18 to 64 for should have about 2 hours and 30 minutes of Physical Activity. People between the ages of 6-17 years of age should have at least 60 minutes everyday, and for younger kids making sure that they're always active is the best way for them to stay healthy. However, the article also contains some conflicting evidence. The article does mention that those who have not been active in a while should start slow and build up because they could get hurt.

The provided evidence given in this article seems very accurate and reliable. The website were I found this article which is www.choosemyplate.gov is a government created page, which means that the information on this article can be useful and dependable. Therefore, i would consider that the information and facts given could help those who read it to really know how much Physical Activity they should have.
